Tamara Maurer

Tamara joined Smockum Zarnett LLP following her Call to the Bar in June 2011, having previously articled with the firm.

Her principle focus is on insurance defence matters, including motor vehicle accidents, occupier’s liability and municipal liability. Tamara also has experience in defending Children’s Aid Societies and medical malpractice claims. Tamara acts as an articling principal at the firm.
