Jeffrey R. LeRoy

Jeff practises insurance litigation with a focus on automobile insurance (tort), disability insurance, occupiers’ liability claims and subrogation claims.

He has represented clients at the Court of Appeal, Superior Court of Justice, and Ontario Court of Justice. He graduated from the Faculty of Law at the University of Western Ontario in 2004 and was called to the Bar in 2005. Jeff worked as a Liability Claims Adjuster with a major Canadian
insurance company prior to attending law school. He graduated from Wilfrid Laurier University in 1999 with an Honours Bachelor of Business Administration.

Jeff is a member of The Canadian Bar Association, The Ontario Bar Association, Canadian Defence Lawyers and The Advocates’ Society.
