Simon Cox graduated from the Western University Faculty of Law in 2016. He was called to the bar in 2017.

Simon maintains a civil litigation practice with a focus on insurance litigation, which encompasses a wide array of matters including personal injury, tort motor vehicle claims, occupiers’ liability, commercial general liability, coverage disputes, construction and infrastructure claims, commercial disputes and appellate litigation. Simon is a creative advocate that aims to assist clients resolve disputes in a timely and cost-effective manner.

He is an active member of the Canadian Bar Association, Advocates’ Society, Toronto Lawyers’ Association and Canadian Defence Lawyers.
