Khalid Hatia

Khalid graduated from the University of Leicester Law School in 2018, before obtaining an LL.M. from Osgood Hall Law School in 2019.

Khalid joined Smockum Zarnett LLP as an associate in 2021, where he practices in the area of insurance defence.  Prior to joining Smockum Zarnett LLP, he completed his articles with a boutique personal injury practice, before practicing at an insurance defence firm in Toronto.

He has experience with tort motor vehicle claims, occupiers’ liability, product liability, professional negligence, accident, and privacy breach claims.
